Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Officer - Recruitment and Administration to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the whole recruitment cycle, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and performing other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Support the compensation and benefits team in preparing regular reports and administering employee benefits
  • Assist in organizing staff relationship activities, such as training and development programs
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in HR or a related field
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-initiative with a strong sense of responsibility
