Human Resources and Administration Manager

The company has established a business network with Hong Kong as its base, extending to major international cities such as London, UK, and Melbourne, Australia.ResponsibilitiesHK Team Building: according to the company's business development needs, formulate talent planning and recruitment plan, recruit suitable talents for the company.Labor Relationship Management: Develop the company's human resources management system, standardize the operation of HR services such as entry, transfer and renewal, payroll, insurance, etc. deal with employee disputes; manage employee data compliance with local labor laws and regulations.System Construction: building selecting, educating, employing and retaining HK human resources system, inheriting domestic management and cultural requirements, combining them with the local culture and business in the UK, forming organizational order and cultural atmosphere.HR planning: responsible for local HR work planning and implementation, planning HR budget, cost expenditure according to the business deployment.Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functionality. Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Coordinate and manage office equipment and maintenance services.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedules for meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project support. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required.Required SkillsTeam building and recruiting capabilities: can configure positions and talent according to project phases, acquiring, identifying and attracting suitable candidates through multiple channels;Labor Relationship Handling Skills: familiar with HK labor regulations, information management and other common legal norms, design all kinds of contractual agreements and form tools, prevent employment risks, properly handle employee complaints, and establish a compliant, legal and harmonious development of the work environment.Cross-cultural communication skills: understand the differences between Chinese and English cultures, good at communication, good at coordinating working relationships to facilitate the completion of work.Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.QualificationEducation Background: Bachelor Degree or above; graduated in Human Resource, business management and other related disciplines.Seniority level
