3/03/SHRO/HR/HKTDC ]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professional to join our Human Resources Department.Major Responsibilities:Act as a business partner in providing quality human resources services to the junior grade staff in the designated portfolioCoordinate with the hiring managers to manage the talent acquisition process including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, selection and the necessary documentations for onboardingProvide quality support services in the staff movement and off-boarding logisticsCompile management reports, maintain data update in the HR system / filing systemProvide administrative support to the team leader in respect of interview arrangement / onboarding and other human resources activitiesHandle related enquiries in accordance with the Council's policies and processSupport annual exercises / adhoc projects as and requiredRequirements:University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplinesMinimum 4-5 years of solid relevant experienceMature, pleasant, service-oriented and attentive to details and accuracy, with good communication and teamworkGood Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with colleagues at different levelsConversant with Employment OrdinanceGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including PutonghuaMulti-tasking and able to meet tight deadlinesRemuneration and Benefits:The successful candidate will be offered a two-year contract. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
