Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.Review and update training materials, compile and consolidate training records.Prepare and maintain accurate HR statistics reports, including recruitment statistics, employee turnover, and training metrics.Draft written reports summarizing HR activities, metrics, and recommendations.Oversee the maintenance and improvement of HR systems to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and best practices.Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives when needed.Requirements:Degree holders in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent.5 years' relevant working experience preferred.Exposure to state-owned / Chinese enterprises, or PRC education background is an advantage.Well-versed with PRC Employment Ordinance and employment-related legislation.Proficient in spoken & written Chinese and English.Proficient in computer skills, including Windows and MS Office programs.Strong report writing skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills.Attention to details, strong sense of commitment.Willing to take business trips when needed.What you'll get from working at Florens:Competitive remuneration package with guaranteed 13 months' salary.Attractive discretionary bonus.Comprehensive medical insurance coverage, including hospitalization, outpatient (Chinese & Western Medicine Practitioners) and dental consultation.Five-day work week, bank holidays.International exposure in your career and build a global interpersonal network.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
