They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent as Senior Officer, Human Resources. About the Role Act as an HR business partner to multiple functions and departments, understanding their unique business and operational needs. Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness programs that promote a positive work environment, improve job satisfaction, and support the overall health and well-being of our employees. Provide expert advice to line management on cultivating a high-performance environment, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing employee engagement. Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and the implementation of targeted development and retention strategies for identified key individuals. Organize and analyze the Employee Opinion Survey, and based on the findings, create and execute action plans to address areas for improvement. Keep line managers updated on labor market trends and potential workforce challenges, providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks. The Successful Applicant Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines. Minimum 4-5 years business partnering/employee engagement experience gained in sizeable organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Proficient in both written and spoken English is a MUST.#J-18808-Ljbffr
