Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Consultants. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for learning and experiencing the entire business development lifecycle within technology consulting from day one. You will build high-touch relationships with IT professionals and form strategic partnerships with industry-leading customers.
You will provide consultative services to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, hone your sales and negotiation skills through pitching capabilities to C-level executives and closing deals. You will conduct extensive research to become a subject-matter expert in your technology practice area and understand customer needs and challenges related to staffing, recruitment, and consulting.
