We now seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Registry Department as an Executive Assistant. Key responsibilities include assisting with student visa applications, liaising with applicants and the Immigration Department, and performing general administrative duties.

Applicants should possess a higher diploma or an associate degree qualification or above, have good computer skills, and be proficient in English and Chinese. They should also have good interpersonal and communication skills, be organised and responsible, and able to work independently.

The successful candidate will assume duty in May and the employment is on a 4-month contract. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Interested applicants should visit our website and apply on or before 6 April.
