Registry - Executive Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities include assisting with student visa applications, liaising with applicants and the Immigration Department, and performing general administrative duties of the Registry.

Requirements
  • Possess a higher diploma or associate degree qualification or above;
  • Have good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing;
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Be organised, responsible, attentive to details, and able to work independently.
