Join our dynamic team at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong as an Assistant Officer/Executive Officer in the School of Translation and Foreign Languages In this role, you will assist the Senior School Manager in providing support to the School and its academic programmes, including providing administrative support, liaising with other units, organising events, and designing promotional materials.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a talented team of professionals. You will have the chance to develop your skills, contribute to the success of the School, and grow your career in a leading private university in the region.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector. You must also have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), good organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be proficient in computer skills.
