The University now invites application for the following position:

School of Translation and Foreign Languages - Assistant Officer / Executive Officer
(Ref: AO/EO (STFL) 2025-03-07)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior School Manager in providing a wide spectrum of support to the School and its academic programmes;
  • Liaise with other units, assist in programme administration and admission exercises;
  • Organise events such as seminars and exhibitions, and design promotion materials including pamphlets, IG and Facebook posts;
  • Provide secretarial service to various committees of the School.

Applicants Should

  • Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector;
  • Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Have good organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be proficient in computer skills;
  • Be a team player, responsible, meticulous and self-motivated.

Applicants with more experience will be considered as Executive Officer.
