We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the School of Translation and Foreign Languages. As an integral part of our department, you will play a vital role in supporting our academic programs, events, and operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector. Fluency in both Cantonese and Putonghua is essential, while proficiency in English is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including coordinating events, managing databases, and performing various secretarial duties. You will also assist in program administration, including admission exercises and assessment processes.
