We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team in the School of Translation and Foreign Languages as an Assistant Officer / Executive Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our academic programmes and events.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Senior School Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to the School and its academic programmes. This includes assisting with programme administration, liaising with other units, and organising events such as seminars and exhibitions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior School Manager in programme administration and admission exercises;
  • Provide secretarial services to committees and design promotion materials;
  • Organise events and facilitate communication among stakeholders;
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector;
  • Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Have good organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be proficient in computer skills;
