Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Treasures team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for reactivating existing Treasures customers, acquiring new customers, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore opportunities for wealth management services
- Acquire new customers from various channels and provide them with personalized financial solutions
- Act as a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Provide superior service to customers, adhering to the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and DBS's service standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines, including anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer principles
Requirements
- Degree holder in business or finance-related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer banking, with a strong sales drive
- Experience in investment products and priority banking services is preferred
- Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed and a flair for selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English
- Certified Retail Wealth Professional or HKIB Certified Banker is preferred
- Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework is preferred
