As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the client onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate account opening and static data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the client onboarding process to ensure timely and accurate account opening and static data maintenance.
- Work closely with the COO Office to update operational procedures and policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance and develop new systems.
- Assist in audit, regulatory review, FATCA, and CRS reporting.
- Ensure account opening and client static maintenance are delivered within SLA.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to RM/CS enquiries.
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking & Finance industry, preferably with 1 year of people management experience.
- Good knowledge and experience in International Tax Regulations (FATCA/CRS) documentation handling and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of IT systems and operational banking processes.
- Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks, and work effectively in a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
