About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to work closely with Relationship Managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless operations workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out customer transactions related activities, including handling customer enquiries, managing loans, deposits, foreign exchange, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, and KYC duties.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in exploring and maintaining good customer relationships and collecting information to support business development opportunities.
  • Cross-sell the Bank's products and services, expanding deal amounts and spreads of deposits, loans, and foreign exchange.
  • Smoothen operations workflow by ensuring efficient processes and procedures.
  • Train and guide new joiners for smooth integration into the team.
  • Coach, lead, and monitor the performance of other RM Assistants as a senior associate.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' relevant banking experience, preferably in corporate banking.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations.
  • Customer-orientated with a strong service mindset and ability to understand and capture customer needs.
  • A team player with good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Japanese being an asset.
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from HKD250,000 to HKD400,000 per annum, depending on experience.
