Commercial Executive, TR APAC

About the Role

At LVMH Fragrance Brands, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive to join our team in the TR APAC region. This role will be responsible for assisting the Area Manager in the day-to-day administrative follow-up of the region, optimizing the reliability of information provided by the sales department to customers, and providing a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Registration and follow-up of orders, transmission to the sales administration department, and follow-up. Communicate due dates to clients.
  • Customer Service: Track clients' requests and ensure a qualitative answer is given to each one. Communicate new information to clients, including product delivery dates, price listings, and product briefs.
  • Invoicing and Expenses: Own the invoice processing chain, from registration to documentation sign-off and processing by the Paris finance team. Follow-up on expenses through the expense follow-up process.
  • Marketing and Sales: Follow-up on marketing plans, new launches, and promotions. Coordinate with contractors on brand guidelines. Consolidate and prepare monthly sell-out and sell-in data.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Area Manager in consolidating sell-out reports and track and manage region's sellable and non-sellable SKU quotas.
  • Communication: Be the key contact with Retail Managers, providing information, requests, visuals, and materials. Participate in day-to-day administrative tasks, including mail, phone calls, and courier.
  • Competitor Analysis: Consolidate competitor selling prices on digital platforms.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in retail merchandising in both planning and execution capacity.
  • Degree in Business or Commerce.
  • Detail-driven and highly proficient in PC applications SAP, MS Office, and Excel (Vlookup and PivotTable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Sensitive to market, customer expectations, and brand requirements.
  • Will to learn, goal-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
