Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and increasing revenue for Quooker Hong Kong. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales and expand our presence in the market.

This full-time on-site position requires a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In addition to meeting annual sales targets, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying partnership opportunities with architects, designers, kitchen consultants, developers, and project management companies.
  • Developing new relationships to grow business and expand our presence in the market.
  • Thinking critically when planning to ensure project success.
  • Educating dealers on the Quooker offering, product portfolio, and display, ensuring regular training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills.
  • 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the kitchen or home furnishings industry.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
