Financial Services Executive

**Job Summary:**
Haitong International Securities Group Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Services Executive to lead our consumer sector business. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing relationships with key clients.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a seasoned executive with 7-8 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in the consumer sector. You should have a strong track record of delivering successful financial advisory services, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising exercises.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and marketing skills, as well as the ability to win the confidence of others. You should have a solid business network in the financial institutions sector and be fluent in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Managing Director in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth;
- Maintain existing client relationships and explore new business opportunities;
- Lead a team of professionals to provide a range of corporate finance services to clients.
**Requirements:**
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, preferably in the consumer sector;
- University degree and preference for a master's degree or additional professional qualifications in Accountancy or Law;
- Extensive experience in team management, marketing, negotiation, transaction structuring, analyzing, and problem-solving;
- Solid business network in the financial institutions sector;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Excellent negotiation and marketing skills;
- Self-motivated, articulate, and able to win the confidence of others.

Haitong International Securities Group Limited offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $150,000-$200,000 USD, based on location and industry standards.
