Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales quotas and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  2. Participate in the development of IT solutions that address customers' business needs and provide value propositions to close sales.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-8 years' experience in solutions selling, including application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions & hosting services, and IT systems integration.
  • Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the public or financial sector is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
  • Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is desirable.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
