Enterprise Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales quotas and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Participate in the development of IT solutions that address customers' business needs and provide value propositions to close sales.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years' experience in solutions selling, including application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions & hosting services, and IT systems integration.
- Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the public or financial sector is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
- Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is desirable.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
