About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Strategist to spearhead our blockchain and AI initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the strategic direction of blockchain related topics (e.g. Wallets, DeFi, L1/L2 Chains) and AI.
  • Assist the Strategy team to conceptualize, execute and monitor key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in Blockchain, Decentralized Finance, Decentralized Application, AIs, and other relevant domains.
  • Develop optimal quantitative strategy, optimization, and analysis for related products & developments.
  • Develop thematic research memos to advise on market/ sub-sector strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/ deliverable planning to tracking/ reporting.
  • Design & draft requirements for a new product or feature.
  • Determine & analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
  • Evaluate & drive strategic and investment opportunities.
  • Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications & strategic pivots.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research.
  • Literacy in oral & written communication, excellent command of English.
  • A highly structured approach in thinking, analysis and output generation.
  • The ability to translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights.
  • A proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities.
  • Clarity, conciseness and confidence in communication.
  • Ownership, agility & teamwork.
  • Pursuit of excellence, always going the extra mile to level up the quality of insights and deliverables.
  • Self-driven and organized, with a relentless focus on following through on alignments and delivering results effectively.
  • A high-level of adaptability, being able to quickly reprioritize and iterate based on latest developments.
