Blockchain Security Support Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Deploying, maintaining, and monitoring smart contracts on Solana and EVM blockchains;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of multiple blockchains, including their technical architecture and features;
- Staying up-to-date with software upgrades, critical blockchain changes, and emerging technologies;
- Sharing expertise and best practices with internal teams, including Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Managers, and Customer Success teams;
- Troubleshooting and triaging blockchain-specific alerts and issues;
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong client service skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments;
- Past experience supporting applications in 24/7 environments;
- Good knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, protocol interactions, and DApps;
- Hands-on experience with running blockchain nodes, writing smart contracts, staking, governance, and bridges;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python;
- Experience owning technical documentation;
- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset;
- Adaptability to varying work conditions;
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
