The Job

  • Support the growth of our High Net Worth business through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Lead a team of case managers to deliver exceptional service to our HNW clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Ensure seamless process execution for new business, policy servicing, and premium financing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate status reports as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a degree in business or a related field.
  • Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance, with a strong background in HNW business.
  • Exhibit high business acumen, risk awareness, and sales quality.
  • Be open-minded and adaptable in managing multiple channels.
  • Display a high sense of responsibility and job ownership.
  • Possess strong knowledge of life insurance products and operational flows.
  • Excel in interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and team leadership.
  • Be fluent in English and Chinese, with proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
