Overview
As a key player in the DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited's Global Financial Markets business, this role provides operational support to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The team collaborates closely with regional processing centers and business units to enhance end-to-end processes and customer journeys.

Job Summary
The Operations Associate - Treasury will play a vital role in providing operational support for all Global Financial Markets business/products, including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Deposits. This position requires close collaboration with Regional Processing Center and GFM Business Units to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for constructing high-valued SWIFT Messages for settlements, liaising with customers on trade confirmations and payment instructions, and preparing regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for Global Financial Markets business/products, including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Deposits.
  • Work closely with Regional Processing Center and GFM Business Units to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.
  • Construct high-valued SWIFT Messages for settlements.
  • Liaise with customers on trade confirmations and payment instructions.
  • Prepare and compile regulatory reports.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • University graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • More than 2 years of relevant working experience in Treasury & Markets operations environment or with finance background familiarized with regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of treasury products, SWIFT Messages, and relevant standards and market practices.
  • Familiarity with PC applications, technology, and data-driven mindset.
  • Quick learner and flexible for changes.
  • Customer-oriented and able to manage tasks under pressure.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
