Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to marketing teams related to customer service
- Handle deposit creation and rollover, account opening, company searches and AML checks
- Handle customer enquiries and customer files maintenance
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, with a University Degree preferred
- HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
- Holder of ECF Certification would be an advantage
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience in the banking industry
- Good PC knowledge and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and mature with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with a strong command of English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure
