Overview
We are seeking to hire a Senior Financial Advisory Consultant to enhance our Financial Advisory team in Hong Kong, focusing on the Restructuring and Insolvency sector. In this role, you will engage in a variety of complex projects and assist the leadership team in delivering exceptional client service. Our operations in Hong Kong are closely linked with our Restructuring and Insolvency teams across key International Financial Centres (IFC), including the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Bermuda, providing you with the opportunity to work on cross-border projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in daily restructuring and insolvency projects, including overseeing junior team members as necessary.
- Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency assignments.
- Conduct thorough financial and commercial analyses of businesses to pinpoint critical issues, challenges, opportunities, and risks.
- Support activities related to receivership, liquidation, valuation analysis, and financial advisory mandates.
- Stay informed about market trends, relevant issues, and our Restructuring offerings.
- Clearly present findings in client and court reports.
- Deliver high-quality outputs within established timelines.
- Contribute to client presentations and broader advisory initiatives.
- Perform industry and business research as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or restructuring roles.
- Prior experience in restructuring, insolvency, transactions, or private markets within a professional services environment is required.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA qualifications or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial statements and derive insights from extensive and disorganized data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Client-focused, ensuring exceptional service quality at all times.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and project management abilities.
- Adaptability to meet peak demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain discretion, integrity, and professionalism consistently.
