  • Growth Strategy: Identifying and executing prioritized growth initiatives to help clients realize their ambitions.
  • Operating Strategy & Cost: Evaluating strategic choices and aligning operational models with business strategies and financial objectives.
  • Digital Strategy: Exploring new opportunities presented by emerging technologies and assessing readiness for change.
  • ESG Strategy: Assisting organizations in establishing and achieving ESG objectives, integrating ESG into their core operations for sustained competitive advantage.
  • Enterprise-wide Transformation: Providing a framework for long-term strategic planning, capital allocation, portfolio assessments, and corporate redesigns.
Operating as a unified team across China, we engage with a diverse array of organizations spanning the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute as a team member on advisory projects related to infrastructure and real estate.
  • Advise clients on innovative delivery frameworks, procurement strategies, risk management, and other critical aspects of complex projects.
  • Conduct data analysis on construction projects to identify key insights for enhancing delivery and mitigating risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of proposals targeting prospective clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Engage in marketing and communication efforts pertaining to infrastructure, real estate, and construction sectors.
Experience & Background

Successful candidates will be part of an integrated advisory team comprising professionals from engineering, finance, accounting, consulting, surveying, and project management backgrounds.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
  • Experience in consulting and construction project delivery, particularly in infrastructure and real estate for both public and private sectors.
  • A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A strong interest in large-scale projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), infrastructure, government, project management, construction, and engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing project controls, commercial and contract advice, project reviews, and risk management services in an advisory context.
  • Strong analytical, financial, contractual, and commercial acumen.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful projects and engagement teams, including proposal development.
  • A recognized degree in relevant fields, preferably in engineering, surveying, or project management.
  • Professional qualifications in engineering, surveying, or project management are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and written Chinese is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
