Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice on complex infrastructure projects, including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), real estate, and healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on project strategy, business plans, and innovative delivery models.
  • Develop and present Government and Infrastructure offerings to the market to target clients and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.
  • Work with senior executives to develop and implement project controls services, programme and project management, commercial and contract advice, project reviews, and risk management services.
  • Participate in marketing and communication activities related to infrastructure, real estate, and construction.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience in developing and delivering project controls services, programme and project management, commercial and contract advice, project reviews, and/or risk management services to government, infrastructure, and real estate projects in an advisory/consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical, financial, contractual, and commercial skills.
  • Experience in participating in and contributing to successful projects and engagement teams, including developing proposals.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation capability.
  • A recognised degree in relevant disciplines, preferably in finance, accounting, engineering, surveying, or project management related disciplines.
  • A professional qualification in finance, accounting, engineering, surveying, or project management is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English. Cantonese, Mandarin, and written Chinese skills are highly preferred.
