Position Overview

The Head of Growth, Blockchain is a critical role in expanding Bjak's market reach by forging strategic partnerships with targeted insurer partners and agencies. This position involves collaborating with our international team to develop and execute targeted partnerships, ensuring rapid market entry and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting persuasive presentations and communications to win partnerships and maintain strong relationships. They will also conduct in-depth research on regulations, insurer requirements, and other areas to inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted insurer partners and agencies to drive market growth.
  • Collaborate with the international team to create and execute strategies for successful partnerships.
  • Conduct research on regulations, insurer requirements, and other areas to inform strategic planning.
  • Assist in the rapid iteration of platform development for optimal market success.
  • Craft persuasive presentations and communications to win partnerships and maintain strong relationships.
  • Perform consistent follow-up with key points of contact to ensure partnership success.
  • Exhibit strong sales, communication, and presentation skills, with excellent negotiation abilities and a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Embody a 'can-do' attitude, professionalism, passion, ownership, and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
