As a Business Development Manager - Serviced Office, you will be responsible for actively promoting Grade A Serviced Office rentals, formulating creative business development and sales strategies, and performing cold calls to new customers regularly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets
  • Building relationships with real estate agents and industry associates
  • Handling sales leads and negotiations effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records and accounts

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid work experience in property development, real estate, or hotel industry
  • Aggressive, sales-oriented mindset with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, motivated to outreach goals and targets
  • Mature, independent, and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
