We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our sales organization at Axis Communications. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and expansion within designated regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expansion, working closely with the distribution account manager to identify and develop a pool of potential key accounts.

Key account managers will transfer high-potential accounts to experienced Key Account Managers for continued development and management.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion;
  • Managing the lead queue within Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification of authorized partners;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion;
  • Serving as the business owner of marketing events, including partner forums and seminars, to support channel development activities and partner training;
  • Acting as the Salesforce champion, informing and training the team about changes and updates in the platform.

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
