About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail and Education Executive to join our team at Fresh. As a key member of our Retail and Education department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training programs, including venue coordination and hospitality services, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee the translation and management of training materials, including Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean, to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Manage logistics services for the Retail and Education department, including order management, vendor coordination, and distribution to key regions.
- Execute and manage the E-Learning platform (ACDL), ensuring timely updates, translations, and compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in budget management, including forecasting, vendor creation, and invoice tracking, to ensure efficient financial planning and execution.
- Coordinate uniform forecasting and logistics, working closely with regional Education managers and HQ to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
- Oversee the management of various training materials, including testers, free goods, training tools, and gifts, to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provide coaching and training to selected region Business Ambassadors (BAs), enhancing their selling skills and brand knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with the team, identifying innovative solutions to resolve issues and drive business success.
Requirements
- Hold a degree and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail industry or operations management, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and partnerships to enhance work efficiency.
- Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Be open-minded and willing to learn, with excellent time management skills.
