Insurance Industry Customer Support Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished Insurance Industry Customer Support Supervisor to join our team at Crossings Executive Search. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service operation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of life and medical insurance products, particularly delivery services through digital platforms, is essential.
We are looking for a customer-centric professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of success. If you are a results-driven leader who can effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with external service providers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service operation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of life and medical insurance products, particularly delivery services through digital platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing process change.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Cantonese speaker with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Holding of IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5.
