The Job Description

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a must.
  • Strong client service skills are essential for success.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
  • Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Motivated, hard-working, persistent, independent, willing to learn, and result-oriented individuals succeed in this role.
  • Go the extra mile to achieve targets and build trust relationships with customers.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
