This role will play a key part in supporting the implementation of regional and local Human Resource initiatives across the Branch. Key responsibilities include providing sound HR advice to the Business Unit, maintaining stakeholder management, and collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of robust campus recruitment frameworks and ensure recruitment efficiency through employer branding strategies and quality internship experiences.Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations.Collaborate effectively with other departments to drive HR initiatives and deliver key annual HR processes.Requirements:
Degree qualified.Desirable to have at least 2 years of relevant experience.Stakeholder management skills and communication skills with ability to influence others and advise HR solutions.Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws.Benefits: MUFG offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
