Customer Service Support Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Manager to join our team at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development and project management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the mobile communication industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and construct the customer service support system, including collecting and organizing requirements, and coordinating with IT and online companies for system construction planning and implementation.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service marketing efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate team members to carry out project work and tasks.
- Collaborate with the DI team for implementation and coordinate requirements for RPA, Big Data, IOP, and platform.
Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related fields.
- Proficient in project management, with strong skills in learning, communication, and coordination.
- Familiarity with common databases, web development technologies, server-side development technologies, front-end development technologies, and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
