We are currently seeking a highly organized Tender Document Manager to support the Assistant Manager, Proposal Production in preparing tender documents from kick-off to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Requirements Understanding: Reviewing and comprehending tender requirements on submission format, volumes, table of contents, appendix, and delivery method.
- Proposal Timetable and Checklist Management: Preparing proposal production timetables and item checklists for collaboration with the Bid Team.
- Document Preparation and Formatting: Ensuring consistency and professional style throughout tender submissions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Updating and formatting CVs, managing printing and binding, and ensuring timely delivery.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, applicants should have a diploma or above with relevant experience in architectural/engineering/construction/project management industries. Secretarial experience is an advantage.
We require a high level of proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential. Adapting to changes, new skills, and technology is also necessary.
