Green Lake Executive Search Co. Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, responsible for overseeing the settlement and middle office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in securities, futures, and bond settlement, as well as corporate actions and client funding operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily and monthly position reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of trades and settlements.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for settlement and middle office operations, including CCASS, CCMS, and DCASS.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure seamless trade matching and settlement processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and exchange to ensure smooth trade execution.
  • Participate in UAT testing to ensure system implementation meets business requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and settlement, preferably in licensing Type 1 and 2 activities.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance rules, AML policy, client money rules and regulations, OTC products, and CCASS operations.
  • Maturity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written English and Chinese, proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • A willingness to work overtime and participate in shift duty/holiday shifts when required.
