Fargo Wealth Group Limited seeks a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities, preparing financial statements, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between HKD 720,000 - HKD 1,080,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Financial Operations Manager at Fargo Wealth Group Limited, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial functions.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FRR standards, client money rules (Type 1, 4), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, communicate with the headquarter, and provide value-added information to the group finance team.
  • Analysis: Analyze financial positions and performance, providing insights to improve business decisions.
  • Advisory: Advise on accounting and finance-related regulatory matters for new products and business flows.
  • Internal Controls: Evaluate and implement robust internal controls and efficient accounting processes.
  • Audit and Tax: Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Responsible for the annual budget, planning, forecasting, and monthly operational review report.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Finance industry (preferably in an SFC Licensed Corp).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with FRR reporting, SFC preparation, and SFC standards (License 1, 4 & 9).
  • Professional Certifications: CPA holder and audit firm experience are preferred.
  • Product Accounting: Experience with structured product accounting treatment is highly preferred.
