Job Overview:

The Executive Director, Equity Sales will play a critical role in driving revenue generation and client acquisition in Pan Asia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and delivering value-added services to deepen client relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Highly fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin are a plus
  • SFC Type 1 License is a must-have
