Job Description

This is an exciting new role for a skilled sales professional to join our team at PERSOLKELLY. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in marketing and selling Japan equity products to institutional clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Provide timely market information and investment advice to clients.
  • Promote our brand through internal analysts, corporate access, and IR meetings.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to exchange feedback and share information.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Japan equity sales with a focus on financial institutional clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills with experience giving presentations and speaking in public.
  • Solid understanding of sales and trading business, knowledge of Japanese and international capital markets, and our firm's products and services.
  • Possess extensive contacts in the broker-dealer community, strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
  • University degree holder in finance, business administration, or relevant discipline.
