About this Role
  • This role will serve as the "end to end" owner of global Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, with responsibilities covering the development, delivery, and execution of L&D strategies and agenda. Content development and deployment of the learning curriculum and programs, implementing a training framework and programs which encompasses functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and other relevant areas are key responsibilities for this position.
  • Identify and evaluate external training vendors, consultants, or partners to support part of the delivery of specialized training programs.
  • Collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization, including HR business partners, leadership team, and employees.
  • Be the key administrator of the Company's Learning Management System (Workday) and providing technical support and ongoing training to global HR Business Partners and employees. Using training data in Workday, design, curate, and optimize the usage of content of the Workday Learning Management System to make it more engaging and efficient for employees' usage.
  • Manage global L&D budget effectively.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standards, policies, and processes for the ESG / Social Sustainability programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years L&D experience including: design and implementation of a training framework and programs that encompasses functional skills, behavioral skills, leadership development, and other relevant areas, preferably in a global organization.
  • Good knowledge of L&D specialism strategies, trends, leading practices, and solutions.
  • Ability to deliver impactful learning courses both virtual and in-person.
  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating with HR and business colleagues to understand and interpret business issues, and successfully advising colleagues on the appropriate course of action.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, Workday Learning is preferable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Due to global nature of the role, travelling and willingness to work alternative hours will be required.
  • Solid understanding and passionate in learning and development.
