About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Treasury Services team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective resolution to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and market intelligence to offer value-added services to clients, including digital solutions.
  • Develop and implement service initiatives, such as Service Account Plans and Service Reviews, to drive client satisfaction and process improvements.
  • Analyze trends and data to identify opportunities for service and process improvements, presenting findings to clients to increase Straight-Through-Processing.
  • Support multiple geographies and client accounts across APAC, as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant product/financial experience in banking or client service.
  • Fluent in business Cantonese/Mandarin, written and conversational. Fluency in another Asian language is an added advantage.
  • Foundation in transaction banking product knowledge (FX, Payments, Trade Finance, Cash Management, etc).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented. Consultancy or data analytics skills are an added advantage.
