Bell Attendant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bell Attendant at Shangri-La. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the hotel or service industry, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities, enabling effective communication with guests.

Requirements:
