About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Projects to join our team at ESR Group. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring renovation/asset enhancement works, conducting diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties, handling tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.

This role requires a strong project management, consultants' coordination, construction supervision, contract administration, and communication skills. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor renovation/asset enhancement works.
  • Conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties.
  • Handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.
  • Supervise performance of site progress.
  • Work within deadlines.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines.
  • Membership of HKIS / RICS or equivalent accredited organization is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in renovation/A&A and fitting out works with retail mall experience.
  • Familiarity with statutory submission requirements and procedures.
  • Good project management, consultants' coordination, construction supervision, contract administration, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
