Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Lead a team in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a high standard of HR services delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with local legislation updates and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local legislation.
- Lead and participate in other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company's business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of solid HR generalist/recruitment experience with at least 4 years at the managerial level. Experience in the retail/F&B/hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships with strong communication and people management skills.
- Positive, detail-minded, well-organized, and flexible attitude.
- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities, meticulous, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of both written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-minded approach.
