Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Originate executive relationships and pursue strategic deals in the Hong Kong public sector.
  2. Work with our HK leadership team to shape and organize efforts supporting relationship development and opportunity pursuits.
  3. Connect with Client Services Unit (CSU) and capability groups to bring in new ideas and solutions addressing client business needs.
  4. Promote and build our brand in the public sector through external market development events.
  5. Drive new annual revenue with good profit margin from the public sector.
  6. Act as a strategic partner to clients, achieving high client satisfaction scores through close client engagement and interaction.
  7. Responsible for developing thought leadership once a year to strengthen our brand position in the marketplace.
  8. Leverage consulting skills and expertise in technology to ideate, create, and generate value for clients, leading to strategic opportunities.
  9. Manage and align different client stakeholders to lead to concrete sales origination.
  10. Oversee successful delivery of sold projects and client satisfaction with the delivery leadership.

What You Need:

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline; MBA preferable.
  2. At least 15 years of experience in the IT or ICT Consulting industry, with 8 years of experience focusing on the public sector.
  3. Strong ability to architect value for clients.
  4. Good sales acumen.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Understanding and ability to apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders.
  7. Passionate about new technologies.
  8. Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure.
