The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive Key Account Executive for Suu Balm Hong Kong. Responsible for managing key accounts, fostering relationships, driving sales growth, and executing strategic plans. Requires strong business acumen, experience working with key accounts in retail, and a passion for skincare. We are looking for somebody who doesn't mind "getting their hands dirty". Key Responsibilities: Retail Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account buyers and senior management. Negotiate agreements, contracts and trading terms with key stakeholders to ensure a business model that is conducive to the success and profitability of our brands in store. Ensure an appropriate planogram for the products, list new products, and plan and secure secondary display and other marketing activities with partner retailers. Manage a merchandising service to ensure correct execution of in-store plans. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth and achieve yearly targets by promoting Suu Balm products, focusing on the visibility and impact of our brands in store and the judicious use of in-store marketing mechanics; this may include store related events and manning pop-ups and roadshows. Support the local team in general brand marketing activities as needed. Regularly review and analyse sales performance and plans. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, projections, market competition, and sales analysis reports. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with local and regional teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure key account sales and expansion goals are met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Customer Service and Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships. Provide product training and support to key accounts to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Additional duties as assigned by the manager or the company. What you'll need to succeed: At least 2 - 3 years of experience working with retail pharmacies (DFI Retail Group - Mannings or Watsons). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Business savvy and understanding of commercial operations. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business decisions. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
