Responsibilities:Build and maintain close relationships with key customers and key decision makers at senior levels.Develop comprehensive account plans to understand customers’ business plans and project plans to identify new business opportunities.Achieve sales targets and increase win rates through positive client relationships, early engagement, solution selling, value proposition, and strategic planning.Provide strategic negotiation on bidding status to close deals and deliver sales growth while maintaining high gross margin.Responsible for implementing marketing strategies and promoting Schneider’s Data Centre solutions including UPS, CRAH, InRow, Rack & rPDU, DCIM, with software intelligence.Lead, drive, and collaborate with internal resources to provide commercial and technical solutions to serve customer needs.Collaborate with product sales team and solution team on requests for tender, RFQ, and pricing.Strong market intelligence with up-to-date market information, insider news, new technology, and solutions.Willingness to learn is a must and adopt communication skills in business mode with target customers.

QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Building Services.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and strategic plan implementation in B2B.Knowledge and sales experience in turnkey/fitting out solutions will be an advantage.Proven track record of working in a highly matrixed, dynamic, and challenging business environment with strong business acumen.Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, independent, teamwork-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Exceptional result-oriented individual who is ambitious, assertive, and has a strong drive to win.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).What we offer:Double pay.Medical and dental benefits (medical plan covers spouse & kids).Birthday leave.On-the-job training.Positive & supportive working environment.We offer an attractive remuneration package to successful candidates.
