HR Support Specialist

- Main Responsibilities:
- To provide support in compensation and benefits administration including payroll calculation, leave management, attendance record and ad-hoc projects as required;
- Administer HR database and ensure accuracy of data;
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for HR policies and practices;
- Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, such as preparing related documentation and communicating with candidates;
- To assist in monthly billing processing for site staff for reimbursement timely.
- Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- At least 1 year working experience in Human Resources field with relevant experience in construction / engineering field preferred;
- Proficient in application of Microsoft Office;
- Good communication skills, good team player with positive attitude;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of IPL would be an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are also welcome;
- Immediate available will be highly preferred.
