About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a talented professional to support the development of our employees, driving business success and growth. As an HR Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective talent development programs, ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

You will manage the talent and learning calendar, oversee the learning management system, and maintain training records. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.

Requirements
